If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, please download and complete our Return Form and include it with your returned items.

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them to qualify for a return.

To process your return or exchange, please include the completed form with your items and send them to the address provided on the form.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. Upon approval, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges are available only for identical items. If the original item is sold out, we’ll help you choose a similar product of equal value. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving a damaged or defective item to arrange an exchange.
